In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

By accessing, registering on, or using the sjb66 Platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you and sjb66.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately discontinue your use of the sjb66 Platform and, if applicable, close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment to these Terms & Conditions shall constitute acceptance of the amended terms.

To register and maintain a sjb66 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the duration of your Account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. sjb66 strictly enforces this age restriction and will not permit access to any individual below this threshold.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, partnerships, trusts, or other non-individual legal persons may not register an Account.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or agent of sjb66, nor a close family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, either imposed by sjb66 or by any other gambling operator or regulatory body.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details.
• You must maintain only one (1) registered Account on the sjb66 Platform at any time. Registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited.

sjb66 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify your eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification (such as a Pakistani CNIC), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

You are solely and entirely responsible for all activity that takes place under your sjb66 Account. This responsibility includes, but is not limited to, the following:

• Credential security: You must keep your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details strictly confidential. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances.
• Shared access: You must not permit any other person — including family members, friends, or other household members — to access or use your sjb66 Account. Each individual must maintain their own separate Account.

• Account inactivity: Accounts that remain inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to dormancy fees in accordance with sjb66's published dormancy policy, or may be closed at sjb66's discretion following prior written notice to the registered email address.

All financial transactions on the sjb66 Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). sjb66 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your sjb66 wallet balance promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per period, as published in the sjb66 banking section. sjb66 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to the same payment method used to make deposits into the Account. sjb66 applies this policy for anti-money laundering compliance purposes. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is processed.
• Any active bonus funds attached to your Account must first satisfy their applicable wagering requirements before the associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• sjb66 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above a defined threshold, which may extend processing times.

Dormant balance policy: If your Account balance remains unclaimed and the Account has been inactive for twenty-four (24) months, the balance may be subject to dormancy charges or may be surrendered in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements. sjb66 will make reasonable efforts to notify you prior to any such action.

sjb66 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to the specific terms published on each individual promotion page:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to players who satisfy the eligibility criteria specified on the relevant promotion page. sjb66 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus from any Account where eligibility requirements are not met.
• Time limits: Bonuses must be activated and wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit stated on the promotion page. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
• One bonus at a time: Unless expressly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on your Account at any given time. Attempting to combine bonuses in a manner not permitted by the relevant promotion terms may result in bonus cancellation.
• Abuse: sjb66 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and void associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to coordinated wagering across multiple Accounts, hedging strategies designed to achieve risk-free bonus conversion, or use of automated software.
• sjb66's discretion: All promotions are offered at sjb66's sole discretion. sjb66 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any obligations arising from bonuses already credited and accepted.

All Wagers placed on the sjb66 Platform are subject to the betting rules applicable to the relevant product, sport, or game. The following general rules apply to all Wagers:

• Acceptance: A Wager is not accepted until sjb66 has confirmed acceptance and a bet reference number has been issued. Any technical issue that prevents confirmation shall render the Wager void.
• Odds and prices: Odds are subject to change until a Wager is confirmed. sjb66 reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors. Wagers placed at manifestly incorrect odds may be voided by sjb66, regardless of the outcome of the event.
• Void bets: Where an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned and not completed within a published rescheduling window, the relevant Wagers shall be voided and stakes returned to the Player's wallet.
• Cricket-specific rules: PSL and international cricket markets are governed by the specific cricket betting rules published in the sjb66 sportsbook rules section. In the event of an over-reduction, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method applies where applicable to in-play cricket markets.
• Maximum payout: sjb66 applies maximum payout limits per event, per Player, and per day. These limits are published in the sportsbook rules and may be updated from time to time.
• Live betting: In-play Wagers are accepted at sjb66's discretion. sjb66 may suspend live markets at any time without prior notice. Wagers placed after the conclusion of an event, due to a data feed delay or other technical issue, will be voided.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sjb66 Platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent Account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own identity or under any other identity, real or fictitious.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent stage of the verification process.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to place Wagers, scrape data, or interact with the sjb66 Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting any technical error, software bug, or pricing mistake on the sjb66 Platform. You are required to report any such errors to sjb66 support immediately upon discovery.
• Colluding with other players, whether on the sjb66 Platform or elsewhere, for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using the sjb66 Platform to process funds derived from illegal activities.
• Accessing the sjb66 Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using a VPN, proxy, or other means to disguise your true location.
• Charging back any deposit made to your sjb66 Account or otherwise reversing any payment through your payment provider without prior authorisation from sjb66.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, offensive, or discriminatory conduct toward sjb66 staff or other players through any communication channel.

sjb66 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for all players. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms & Conditions and are binding on both sjb66 and all registered Players:

Player tools: Every sjb66 Account includes access to the following responsible gaming tools, available directly from the Account settings panel:

• Deposit limits (configurable on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis)
• Session time reminders
• Loss limits per session or period
• Cooling-off periods (24 hours to 30 days)
• Self-exclusion (minimum 6 months; permanent option available)

Self-exclusion: Where a Player activates self-exclusion, sjb66 will immediately suspend the Account for the requested period and cease sending marketing communications to that Player. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the sjb66 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without sjb66's prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Platform software.
• Use any sjb66 brand name, trademark, logo, or other proprietary identifier for any commercial purpose.
• Scrape, crawl, or index any part of the sjb66 Platform by automated means.

Any unauthorised use of sjb66 intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sjb66 shall not be liable to you for any of the following categories of loss or damage, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, anticipated savings, or goodwill.
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special loss or damage.
• Any loss or damage arising from your inability to access the sjb66 Platform due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, internet connectivity issues, or circumstances beyond sjb66's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from the actions or omissions of third-party payment providers in connection with deposits to or withdrawals from your sjb66 Account.
• Any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall operate to exclude or limit sjb66's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Where sjb66's liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the total amount deposited by you into your sjb66 Account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination by you: You may close your sjb66 Account at any time by contacting the sjb66 support team via live chat. Upon receipt of a closure request, sjb66 will process any withdrawable balance in your Account to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC or wagering requirement obligations. Accounts subject to an active investigation may not be closed until the investigation is concluded.

Termination by sjb66: sjb66 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• The Player has engaged in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.
• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• sjb66 is required to do so for compliance with its licensing obligations or applicable law.
• sjb66 has reasonable grounds to suspect that the Account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or money laundering purposes.
• The Player has made a chargeback or payment reversal in respect of any deposit.

Where an Account is terminated by sjb66 for cause, sjb66 reserves the right to withhold any Account balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, balances may be forfeited in accordance with Section 8.

sjb66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, sjb66 will notify registered Players by posting a notice on the Platform and, where reasonably practicable, by sending a notification to the registered email address associated with each Account.

The revised Terms & Conditions will specify the date on which they take effect. Continued use of the sjb66 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date of the changes.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to ensure you are aware of the current version. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sjb66 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.

Dispute resolution procedure: If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your sjb66 Account, you must first contact the sjb66 support team via live chat to attempt informal resolution. sjb66 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 days of receiving full details of the dispute.

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the informal process, you may escalate the matter to the dispute resolution body designated by sjb66's licensing authority. Details of the applicable escalation route are available from the sjb66 support team on request.

All disputes relating to specific Wagers must be raised within 30 days of the relevant event settlement date. sjb66 will not consider Wager disputes submitted outside this window except where the delay was caused by circumstances beyond the Player's reasonable control.
